Self assessment

I have been thinking about assessing children's skills on the ipads and have created a simple record of achievement for our children. This is very much a first draft, but I thought I would share it immediately as it can be tweaked to suit your school and pupils. You can download a copy from the file below.

Each child in our school has a similar ICT record of achievement, adapted from the Norfolk Schools site, so they are used to self assessing in this way. The document is printed as an A5 booklet. For our older children, I will consider creating an online document that they can update, but for now this will do.
